Barakat Pharmaceutical Industrial Park was established as the first specialized pharmaceutical park in the country with the aim of creating a suitable environment for the development of the pharmaceutical industry in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The expansion and centralization of research and development centers on the one hand and advanced pharmaceutical factories on the other are among the most important goals of this town. Meeting the country’s pharmaceutical needs, attracting knowledge, capital, and international participation, and developing pharmaceutical exports are among the other goals of this town.
Barakat Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, with an area of over 200 hectares and 100 hectares allocated to industrial plots with 201 license plates, has been able to implement the plan of a pharmaceutical industrial park in the best possible way.
