The tear-off cap was designed and manufactured for the first time in Iran by Ako Sanat. This cap, in addition to the advantages of flip-off caps, has the capability of being fully opened, making it widely applicable for contrast agents and thick substances. These caps, like flip-off caps, are easy to open, providing convenience for the user. Additionally, the plastic placed on the aluminum part of this product prevents the user’s hand from getting scratched.

It is capable of withstanding sterilization conditions according to the ISO 8872 standard.
When opening the cap, the aluminum part completely tears along the grooves, and except for the bridges and groove paths, no fractures should occur in any other part of the cap.
